A place of invention and adaptability as described by Henry David Thoreau who claims the power of the individual to brave this world and inhabit it differently in a poetic refusal of conformism or by Marielle Macé in her work Nos cabanes, this collection is designed as a refuge with muted, colorful and enveloping tones through the cuts and materials used.
Inspired by Le Corbusier's Cabanon, the Nilss piece in water-repellent wool or cotton allows you to modulate trench coats, parkas, and accessorizes an inclusive silhouette. The ecru facing increases this notion of evolving clothing.
The chromatic palette extends from light to dark. Recycled Italian wools, alpaca or merino, nuanced in half tones, are jostled by bright oranges and pinks, pastels of water green and lilac, deep ultraviolet and dark navy to black; a reference to the shades obtained by the Shou Sugi Ban technique, Japanese burnt wood.
The oversized suits available in three colors break the codes of the classic with a modern and androgynous cut for a unique, elegant and effortless style. The extremely soft and fluffy knits warm the ample volumes of the dresses tightened by ties, the asymmetrical mini-skirts, leather culotte-style pants and soft jeans with unique pleats. The coats are deliberately loose and enveloping, contemporary and a bit nonchalant.
A resolutely united wardrobe with a minimalist look, original and mobile, punctuated by the Reflect, Diffract and Lumen prints which suggest the northern lights and breathe the dreamy call of the great Nordic spaces.
