Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order which can only be in the agreed geographical area.

Delivery times may be longer during Private Sales, Sales and Archive Sales.

Deliveries are made to France by La Poste in Colissimo tracked against signature from Monday to Saturday. VALENTINE GAUTHIER does not deliver to PO boxes. The package is delivered against signature to the recipient.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, we cannot commit to a specific delivery time (different depending on weather conditions, carrier strikes, etc.), however the normal delivery time is 48 to 72 hours.
In case of absence, a notice of pending delivery is left in the recipient's mailbox. The recipient has 15 days to come and collect it from their post office.
At any time you can track your package on the La Poste website.
Bike courier deliveries are only available for Paris. (4-hour time slot to be checked with sales@valentinegauthier)
If delivery times exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. In order for the deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure the conformity of the information he has provided.
VALENTINE GAUTHIER delivers within 48-72 hours for delivery in mainland France, and 10 working days for international delivery.
Return or exchange policy: Returned items must be in new condition, accompanied by all their accessories (belts, dress bottoms, etc.).
You have 14 days after receiving the package to return your items if you do not like them or if the size does not suit you. You can exchange your item for a similar item or get a refund. An exchange can only be made for the same model (change of size only), and therefore cannot give rise to a partial refund if the price of the model has been modified since the initial order. In the event of a request for a partial refund of an order that has benefited from a tiered reduction on the overall basket, the amount credited will be calculated only by taking into account the percentage of reduction acquired by the item(s) kept. In the event of a request for a refund of an item contained in a box, the amount credited will be calculated only by taking into account the initial price of the item(s) kept. Write to us at sales@valentinegauthier.com to find out the procedure to follow. The refund will be made within 14 days maximum after receipt of the customer's request for withdrawal, on the bank card or Paypal account used during the purchase. However, this refund may be deferred until receipt of the returned item (Article L221-24 of the Consumer Code). In the event of a refund, please ensure that the payment method used for the order is still valid. Otherwise, please send your RIB to sales@valentinegauthier.com.

Damaged packaging or product, missing product
The customer or recipient of the order is invited to check the apparent condition of the package and items upon delivery.

WARNING: In the event of a damaged package or product, or a missing product, the customer or their representative must follow the procedures described below. Failure to follow the appropriate procedure excludes any recourse against the carrier and the company VALENTINE GAUTHIER.

The customer must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt at sales@valentinegauthier.com, attaching a photo of the item concerned and following the same return procedure as that described and detailed in article 6.

Returns

In application of article L. 221-18 of the consumer code, the customer has a right of withdrawal during a sale made remotely on the site or by telephone. The customer can thus exercise this right, without having to justify it, within 14 days from the receipt of the product by the customer or his agent. Any return request made beyond this period may be rejected.

If the customer has placed an order with several products, the withdrawal period does not start until the customer or the designated third party has received the last product.

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders relating to:
• the supply of goods manufactured to customer specifications or clearly personalized;
• the supply of goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

To notify his decision, the customer can use the withdrawal form as shown at the bottom of the T&Cs or any other unambiguous statement. This request must be sent to customer service by email to the following address: sales@valentinegauthier.com or to the postal address VALENTINE GAUTHIER 88 Boulevard Beaumarchais 75011 Paris.

In order for the return and refund to be validated and processed quickly, the customer or their representative must follow the procedures described below. Failure to comply with them may result in the return being refused and the product being returned to the customer, without a refund.

Make a return request:

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return the item(s)

• Place the item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box.
• Close the box with adhesive tape.
• Use the return document and surround the item to be returned.
• Double-check that your package does not have any other shipping or tracking labels.
• For returns made from a country outside the EU, please attach the 3 copies of the commercial return invoices provided in your initial package, tick the items you wish to return and sign each invoice.
• Send the item via Colissimo or the carrier of your choice.
• Items must be returned to the address on the return document
In case of loss of the return document, the information to be provided is indicated below.

• Throughout the duration of the Valentine Gauthier x Oppidum offer, the Oppidum product must be returned with the parts so that the refund can be effective.

Refund

The refund will be credited to the cardholder buyer's bank card or to the customer's PayPal account.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

No refund will be made if the item is not returned in perfect condition.

Shipping costs paid at the time of shipment will not be refunded.

Important information

Items must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as they were delivered, with the tag still attached. All shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface until the customer decides to keep them.

The above policy also applies during sales.
